In accordance with the Appointments to Outside
Bodies Procedure Rules, the Section Head, Democratic Services,
confirmed the following amendments and appointments to Elected
Member appointments to Outside Bodies:

1) Under the provisions of Procedure Rule 4.5 (i) where an
appointment has been agreed by the General Purposes Committee as a
Whips nominee and the appropriate group Whip subsequently submits a
nomination:
a) Leeds Community Arts Network – Councillor Izaak
Wilson
b) Leeds Playhouse Theatre Board – Councillor Mahalia
France-Mir
c) PATROL – Councillor Asghar Ali
d) Leeds Local Access Forum – Councillor Jane Dowson

2) Under the provisions of Procedure Rule 4.5 (ii) where a group
Whip wishes to replace a Member previously approved by the General
Purposes Committee with another Member of the same group
a) Leeds Learning Disability Partnership Board – Councillor A
McCluskey to replace Councillor E Taylor.

The appointments will be reported to the next meeting of the
General Purposes Committee.
