a) 
The Chief Officer, Elections and Regulatory approved the urgent
direct award of the contract to Print Image Network Limited.
b) 
The contract will commence on 1 August 2025 and expire on 31 July
2027. There is a 24-month extension option available under the
contract at the Schedule of Rates tendered (approximate value
£1,000,000 for initial contract period)
