Purpose

Approval for Leeds City Council to enter into
a Planning Performance Agreement with the West Yorkshire Combined
Authority (WYCA). This shall guide collaborative working between
the parties to facilitate efficient submission of WYCA’s
Transport and Works Act Order (TWAO) Application. The parties enter
into this Agreement to set out the terms agreed between them as to
technical support and funding of the Council’s dealings with
the TWAO Application and Other Consents.
