The Director of Adults and Health approved the
utilisation of the remaining contract extension period of
six-months from the 1st October 2025 to the 31st March 2026. The
value of this extension is £152,252.10 and includes the
realisation of savings of £51,937.46 based on the block
contract reducing from 368 hours per week to 273 hours per
week.
The Director of Adults and Health approved the contract
modification in accordance with Regulation 72(1) (b) of the PCR
2015 (modification of contacts during their term) for a period of
12-months. This modification will change the current end date for
the contract from 31st March 2026 to 31st March 2027. The value of
this modification is £304,504.20 and includes remaining
savings of £103,874.91 as part of overall stipulated savings
of £155,812.37.
