Purpose

Leeds City Council currently award two
organisations to deliver generic third sector infrastructure
support and a thematic/specialist health and care forum, with both
due to expire on 31st March 2026. The Council are seeking to
procure a single contract for the delivery of Third Sector
Infrastructure Support and Representation, planned to commence on 1
April 2026 for a duration of three years to 31 March 2029, with the
option to extend up to maximum period of 36 months in any
combination, with a total estimated six-year contract value of
£3,566,292.

The Director of Communities, Housing and
Environment approved procurement of a single contract for Third
Sector Infrastructure Support and Representation (99292) through a
light touch open tender under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). The
contract start date is planned to commence on 1 April 2026 for a
duration of three years, to 31 March 2029, with the option to
extend up to maximum period of 36 months in any
combination.
