a) The Director of Communities Housing &
Environment authorised ‘Approval to Spend’ for
£848,383 from capital scheme number: 32886\CEN\PH2 (including
£100,000 contingency) for the delivery of the ‘Ground
Floor’ refurbishment scheme within Leeds Central
Library.
b) Noted the programme delivery identified in paragraph 27 of this
report in relation to the implementation of this decision. The
final delivery date for this scheme will be dependent on the
available resources and existing commitment of the internal service
provider (LBS).
c) Noted that the officer responsible for implementation is the
Head of Customer Contact (Face to Face) - Communities, Housing
& Environment.
