The Chief Officer Economy and Skills took the

1. Spend of £1,506,420 from WYCA Adult Skills Funding (ASF)
to be paid to subcontracted Adult Skills providers for academic
year 2025-26 delivery. This is an increase from £1.5million
detailed in published Key Decision 58284.
2. Ten call-off orders to be raised from main contract id 53813 on
the Employment & Skills Dynamic Purchasing System to
subcontract adult learning delivery in academic year 2025-26.
3. The specific award amounts for each supplier’s call-off
order as defined in “Confidential Appendix 1 ASF 25-26
Allocations”. All costs are met from external WYCA ASF
funding to the Council.
4. Signing of five call-off orders over £100k by Council
solicitors and signing of five call-off orders under £100k by
the Head of Employment and Skills.
