Purpose

 
The decision maker will be
requested to: 

a) 
Note the contents of the report.

 

b) 
Give authority to progress the design and delivery
of the schemes detailed in Table 2 of this report that make up the
Consolidated Active Travel Fund.

c) 
Give authority to inject and authority to spend of
£2,693,787 of Consolidated Active Travel Fund to
develop, design and implement the schemes listed in Table 2 of this
report.
d) 
Instruct the City Solicitor to enter into on behalf
of Leeds City Council Grant Funding Agreements (GFAs) with WYCA for capital scheme development and revenue
activities within the CATF programme, up to a total value of
£2,693,787, comprising of £1,875,000 of capital
funding (to be delivered by March 2027) and £818,787 of
revenue funding (to be delivered by September 2026).
 
If additional funding through
these allocations is made available, they will be considered by the
Head of Transport Planning through the delegated decision
process.
