The Parks Technical Manager has approved the
decision to authorise the City Solicitor to make a Definitive Map
Modification Order in accordance with Sections 53(2)(b) and
53(3)(c)(i) of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 to modify
the Definitive Map and Statement by adding the Application Route,
which is considered to be a Restricted Byway, to the Definitive Map
and either confirm it as unopposed or, in the event of objections
being received and not withdrawn after statutory notice of the
Order is given, to refer it to the Secretary of State for the
Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for determination.
