confirms the following appointment
a) Under the provisions of Procedure Rule 4.5 (ii) where a group
Whip wishes to replace a Member previously approved by the General
Purposes Committee with another Member of the same group:
• Groundwork Yorkshire – Councillor D Blackburn to
replace Councillor M Ali.
The appointment will be reported to the next appropriate meeting of
General Purposes Committee
