Leeds City Council (the Council) has recently
been awarded £5.9m funding to undertake domestic energy
efficiency improvements in privately owned properties and private
rented sector homes up until March 2028 (there is an option to
extend the scheme by a further two years).

This is a decision to procure contractors through a competitive
tendering process to undertake city wide works in at least 260
homes using £3.8m of the above funding using the Whole House
includes Cavity Wall Insulation, Windows & Doors, Heating Lot
on the Efficiency North framework.
