Extension of the current 48698 (DN420143)
External Works for Housing & Non-Housing Framework for a
further 2 years. The value of the extension will be up to
£3,540,000 and in accordance with section 13 of the Contract
Procedure Rule.
The original framework was awarded in February 2022 starting the
7th March 2022 for a period of 4 years ending 6th March 2026 with
the option to extend for a further 4 x 12 months under the same
terms and conditions.
The proposed extension is from the 7th March 2026 for a period of 2
x 12 months concluding on the 6th March 2028
