– Leeds Building Services – Isolated Rewires including
Kitchen & Bathrooms contract for 12 months. The estimated value
of the extension will be £1,200,000 over 2 separate lots and
is in accordance with section 13 of the Contract Procedure
Rules.
The original contract was awarded on the 19th February 2024
starting the 1st April 2024 for a period of 2 years till 31st March
2026 with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 months under
the same conditions.
The proposed extension is from the 1st April 2026 for a period of
12 months concluding 31st March 2027.
