The Director of Adults and Health has:-

• Noted the contents of this report and approve the award of
the contract to Carers Leeds.

• Noted the contract will commence on 1st April 2026 for a
period of five years until 31st March 2031, with the option to
extend up to 36 months in any combination until 31st March 2034.
Note that the annual value of the contract will be
£1,422,983.00 with a full potential expenditure over the
eight years (5 +3) of £11,383,864.00.

• Noted that the Head of Commissioning is responsible for the
implementation of this decision which will be done in consultation
with Procurement and Commercial Services (PACS).

• Noted appendix 1 is exempt under the access of information
rule 10.4.(3).
