The Chief Officer for Economy and Skills
has:
• Accepted the grant funding agreement to the value of
£1,080,000 from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and
authorise the Council to sign the grant funding agreement.
• Approved spend of up to £1,000,000 in incentive
funding to local Fair Work Charter (FWC) businesses in West
Yorkshire. The incentives will support businesses recruit or retain
residents with long term health conditions and or disabilities. The
remaining funds will cover grant administration costs.
• Noted the Head of Employment and Skills will be responsible
for the implementation of this decision.
