modification of the contract with Leeds Community Healthcare NHS
Trust for the delivery of the Integrated Sexual Health Service
(73195), to increase the value by £369,000 per annum with
retrospective effect from 1st April 2025. The total
value of the decision is £1,476,000.00 for the remainder of
the initial contract period (until 31st March 2030).
This modification will be carried out in accordance with The Health
Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations
2023.
