The Director of Communities, Housing and
Environment has approved the award of a construction contract to
Cenergist Limited in connection with the District Heating Clusters
scheme to connect the 3 Lovell Park high rise housing blocks to the
Leeds PIPES network, for the sum of £2,651,459.92. The
contract will run from the 1st April 2024 to the 30th April
2024.

This is a Significant Operational Decision as a subsequent decision
of the key decision taken on 23/7/20 ref D52105 to undertake the
procurement and therefore not open to call-in.
