The Director of City Development agreed to
:
a) Accept the Adult Education Budget (AEB) Conditions of Funding
agreement from WYCA for a devolved AEB grant allocation of
£2,290,124 for the academic year 2024-25 adult learning
activities in the period Ist August 2024 to 31st July 2025.
b) Authorise the Council to sign, seal and return the associated
Funding Agreement to WYCA
c) Authorise the Council to spend WYCA AEB funding on the Council
Adult Learning programme, including programme staff & tutors,
MIS infrastructure and online platforms, direct learning delivery
as well as sub contracted learning delivery.
