The Director of Adults and Health approved the
award and payment of 4 groups of third sector grants listed in
Appendix 1 to the maximum amounts stated for the financial year
2026-27. The amounts are split into 4 separate decisions;

6 x grants for Older Adults services provided by Age UK Leeds, Al
Khidmat Centre, Hamwattan Centre, Team Ministry South Leeds, Leeds
Older People’s Forum and Leeds Jewish Welfare Board, 12-month
grants from the 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 at a cost of
£241,158.72.

2 x grants for Other Adults services provided by Leeds Involving
People (LIP) and Prince Philip PHAB Club, 12-month grants from the
1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 at a cost of £53,185.

1 x grant for Physical Disability services provided by the William
Merritt Centre, 12-month grant from 1st April 2026 to 31st March
2027 at a cost of £32,525.

9 x grants for Learning Disability Services provided by Advonet,
Connect in the North, Better Action for Families (BAFF), Chapeltown
CAB, Home Farm Trust, People in Action, and Leeds Community
Foundation.12-month grants from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027
at a cost of £482,393.
