Purpose

The board is asked to agree the proposals set
out in relation to a revised offer of financial support to Special
Guardians in Leeds. For previously Looked After children, this
includes an offer of post 18 financial support, aligned with the
financial support to children looked after for ‘staying
put’ arrangements.
