Purpose

The decision is to seek approval of a
Community Asset Transfer of Greenacre Hall to Aireborough Voluntary
Services to the Elderly (AVSED) on a 25-year full repairing and
insuring lease at less-than-best terms. The decision also
recommends the approval of final terms of the lease to be delegated
to the Director of City Development.
