Purpose

The Executive Board is asked to accept the £925,000
Young Futures Early Adopters funding from DCMS for 2026/27, note
the allocation of £500,000 to the Local Youth Transformation
Program and £425,000 to establish the Young Futures Hub from
1 April 2026, and approve the urgent implementation of the program
in line with the conditions requiring delivery before 31 March
2026.
