Purpose

Agreement to award a Development Agreement to
the successful funding and delivery partner relating to the
development of a low-carbon city centre heat network, with the
initial phase planned for South Bank, and with subsequent award of
a long-term Shareholders’ Agreement subject to the partner
subsequently meeting a range of mandatory requirements at an
Approval Gateway on conclusion of the Development Phase.
