Purpose

Further to Executive Board’s resolutions
in April 2025, Executive Board will consider the proposed next
steps on the regeneration delivery strategy for Elland Road.
Specifically, Executive Board will consider recommendations on the
proposed disposal method to facilitate the regeneration of c30
acres of Council owned land, drawing on the due diligence
undertaken with Leeds United Football Clubs Development
Partner.
