The Director of Communities, Housing and
Environment approved the extension of the contract for a further 12
months with Splendid Hospitality Group following the direct award
of the initial contract in accordance with The Procurement Act 2023
justifications in Schedule 5, set out in section 22 of the initial
Award Report.
