Approve the award of the contract to Mears
Limited for a period of 5 years, with provision for extensions up
to a maximum of a further 5 years. This would have an estimated
annual value of £21.5m based on anticipated costs at the
start of the contract, and therefore a total baseline value of
£215m if all extensions are taken.
