Purpose

To advise the Deputy Chief Executive that CEL
Facilities Management will be developing and commencing a
cooperation agreement with Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust (LTHT).
This will replace the current SLA for security services and
establish an agreement to deliver the provision of heightened
security services with SIA accreditation. The estimated value of
the contract is up to £500K per annum for a 4 year Service
Level Agreement.
