The Chief Digital and
Information Officer approved the award of a contract for the
facilities management for Council’s data centre environments
in two lots where Lot 1 for the regular
Planned Preventative Maintenance visits will
be awarded solely to Sudlows Limited
and Lot 2 will be awarded to Sudlows
Limited, Keysource Limited and Stultz
Modular Limited to use as a framework to bring more competition for
goods and services. The contract has an estimated value of
£100,000 per year for a period of 3 years with an option to
extend for a further 12 months, commencing 1st May
2024.
