The Director of Adults and Health approved the
authority to spend £470,000 capital for 2024/25 for the
continued delivery of adaptations in private properties which are
not eligible for funding using the Disabled Facilities Grant.

The implementation of this decision will be led by the Service
Delivery Manager, Assisted Living Leeds, and the Disability
Services Manager.
