That the Chief Officer, Housing Leeds, has
approved the award of contract for 3 years starting 1 April 2024
and ending 31 March 2027 with an option to extend for a further 2
years to Goulds Landscapes Limited commencing in April 2024.
 
The Contract will have an estimated
overall value, including extension, of
£178,303.98.
