The Director of City Development has agreed
to:
1) Approve the acquisition of Wakefield Council’s benefical
interest in the land at Whitehouse Lane, shown in Appendix 1 of the
report, on the terms outlined in Confidential Appendix 2.
2) Approve the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax associated with the
acquisition of the beneficial interest.
3) Delegate to the Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration for the ratification of the final details and any
further amends to the terms agreed.
