The Director of City Development has:
1) Approved the acquisition of Calderdale Council’s
beneficial interest in the land at Whitehouse Lane, shown in
Appendix 1 of the report, on the terms outlined in Confidential
Appendix 2.
2) Approved the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax associated with the
acquisition of the beneficial interest.
3) Delegated to the Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration for the ratification of the final details and any
further amends to the terms agreed.
