The Director of Strategy & Resources gave
approval to award the quarter 1 2024 call-offs against the
Integrated Digital Service Resource Augmentation Framework as set
out in the attached report and gave approval to increase the annual
spending profile of £5m.

This is a significant operational decision as a direct result of a
previously taken key decision ref D56578
