a) The Director of City Development has
approved the extension of the YORbuild3 Major Works Framework
Agreement by two years to expire on the 28th April 2026 by
extending the contracts awarded to the contractors listed at
Appendix A of the Extension report.
b) The Director of City Development has noted that the
recommendation has already been approved by the YORhub
Board.
