Energy & Green Spacesapproved the waiver
of CPR 9.1 and 9.2 in order to directly award a contract directly
to SA Pool Systems Limited (‘SA Pools’) for a value of
£162,372.00. The proposed contract is set to commence on
29th January 2024 and expire on 31st March
2024 with no option to extend
