The Director of Communities Housing & Environment
a) Authorised ‘Approval to Spend’ for £871,333
from capital scheme number: 32886\CEN\000 (including £100,000
contingency) for the delivery of the ‘City Music’
scheme within Leeds Central Library.
b) Noted the successful bid to Arts Council England for a grant
funding of £267,000 towards the Development of Leeds Central
Library and granted the fully funded injection into capital scheme
number: 32886\CEN\000.
c) Noted the future investment within Leeds Central Library to
develop areas of the ground floor funded by the 2024 capital bid
scheme.
d) Noted the proposed schemes that will be supported by the
remaining Community Hub Development budget.
