The Chief
Housing Officer gave approval for a one-year extension of the
initial contract period for the Housing ICT Solutions contract,
supplied by Civica UK Ltd, in
accordance with Clause F10 of the contract terms and
conditions.
 
The total
value for the one year extension of the contract is
£164877.67.

below is the breakdown of this amount, showing the value of each
application included in the contract to make up the full
amount:

Cx & Tenant Portal – at a
value of £82425.76 (invoice as 4 quarterly charges of
£20606.44)
Abritas Choice Based Lettings – at a value of
£48602.66
Keystone
– at a value of £36421.30
 
Adjustments
to bring the support and maintenance payments in line with the
Housing ICT Solution contract:
 
Abritas – Credit of £7102.01 to cover the period
already paid from 30/01/2024 till 25/03/2024
Keystone
– payment of £2661.01 to cover the period from
01/01/2024 till 29/01/2024)

payment of £1868.95 to cover the period from 21/01/2024 till
