Purpose

To approve the Major Consultants Framework
2024 – 2026.

Content

The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation) has agreed to:
(1)  approve the request to
tender of the Major Consultants Framework 2024 - 2026, with an
initial framework period of two years with the option to extend for
a further two years.
(2)  Approve the evaluation
procedure of the framework which will appoint two consultants to
the framework based on a 70:30 quality / price evaluation subject
to meeting the minimum quality threshold on each question of 60%.
The two highest scoring Bidders will then be appointed to the
framework. Call-off orders will then be awarded on an equitable
50/50 share of the work subject to satisfactory performance.
