Purpose

Modernising the council’s print infrastructure via the
Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM6174: Tender exercise
for a 5-year managed print service contract to achieve
sustainability and improved accessibility for hybrid
working.

Content

The Director of Strategy and
Resources approved a further competition under Lot 2 of the CCS
framework RM6174 (Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), Print and Digital
Workflow Software Services and Managed Print Service Provision) and
awarded a contract for the provision of a Managed Print Service for
a period of up to 5 years with an estimated call-off value of
£2,381,338.35 based on the current 12-month spend.
