The Chief Officer, Culture and Economy
has:
a) Approved the commencement of a procurement exercise for
suppliers for the Innovation@Leeds programme 2024/25 using the
Employment and Skills (E&S) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS),
under Category 12 Business, Innovation and Growth Sectors. The
E&S DPS was chosen for this procurement to enhance the pool of
competition and encourage more suppliers to bid for the
contract.
b) Approved the waiver of Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) 15.2 (c)
in respect of evaluation criteria, to allow a split is 80% quality
and 20% price.
