The Director of Communities Housing and
Environment has:
a) Provided Authority to Spend for the £1.55m capital scheme
(capital scheme reference 33388/000/000) to deliver the new Temple
Newsam recreational facilities, with the funding comprising of
£1.2m of prudential borrowing and £350k of council
borrowing; and
b) Provided Authority to Procure a landscaping contractor to carry
out the works associated with the new learn to ride cycling
facilities and the associated landscaping work required at Temple
Newsam Golf Club.
