The Interim Director of Adults and Health has
approved the contract modification for a period of one year with
the option to extend the contract by up to six months in accordance
with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015
(PCR2015) (Modification of contracts during their term) to Volition
to deliver the Third Sector Health and Social Care Forum from 1st
April 2024 for a value of £255,622.00 (or £383,433.00
including the extension).

The Interim Director of Adults and Health has noted the Head of
Commissioning (Integration) is responsible for the implementation
of this decision which will be done in consultation with
Procurement and Commercial Services (PACS).
