Purpose

This report seeks approval from the Director
of Strategy and Resources for the recommended procurement approach
to be pursued to establish a framework contract with up to 2
contractors for delivering windows and doors. The contract will be
split into Lots. The framework will be for 2 years with the option
to extend for up to 2 x 12 months at a value of £1 million
per annum with a total value of £4 million including
extensions.
