The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has:
1. approved the selection of the preferred bidder on the basis
detailed within the proposal contained in Confidential Appendix 1
to this report to enable progress of a sale of the site for
affordable housing development and
2. noted the position with respect to the requirement for the
playing pitches referenced in the report to be replaced as part of
the housing development proposals.
