Purpose

To approve the procurement of a framework
contract for the hire of light and heavy vehicles. The proposed
contract will be for a period of 4 years.

Content

The Director of
Strategy and Resources approved a procurement strategy in line with
CPR 3.1.7 to procure a framework contract for the provision of hire
vehicles for a period of 4 years 7th February 2024 to
6th February 2028 with estimated expenditure of
£6.6m per annum (£26.4m over the contract term)
utilising a competitive procedure.
