The Chief Officer Resources & Strategy
approved permission to award the Event Management services contract
to Mondale IT Solutions Ltd, to support the directorate to deliver
traded services.

The contract will commence on 16th November 2023 and run for 3
years to 15th November 2026 with an option to extend for a further
2 x 12 months. The contract value will be £25,000 a year and
will be for a maximum contract value of £125,000 if the
extension option is taken up in full.
