The Chief Officer Human Resources approved the
variation of the contract to MHR International UK Ltd for the
provision of the recruitment module including CV parsing and
associated implementation costs.

A procurement to appoint a supplier to deliver the Core HR and
Payroll solution was undertaken and MHR International UK Ltd were
awarded a 4 year contract, commencing 1st July 2023 with a total
cost exclusive of the extension options of £2,839,591
This request seeks authority to vary the current contract by
purchasing the recruitment module including CV parsing from MHR
along with the associated implementation costs. This adds
£240,800 to the contract.
