Purpose

To approve the procurement of a contract for
the supply of liquid fuels to LCC depots citywide. The proposed
contract will be for a period of 24 months with the option to
extend for a further 24 months.

Content

The Director of Strategy and
Resources approved the Authority to Procure a contract for the
supply of liquid fuels utilising the Yorkshire Purchasing
Organisation (YPO) Liquid Fuels & Associated Products framework
via a mini-competition call-off route for a period of 2 years with
the option to extend for up to 24 months with an annual estimated
spend of £4.5m and a total of £18m including
extensions.
