a) This report sought approval from the Chief
Officer (Highways & Transportation) to extend the CCVAMS
contract for a further 24 months to 30th November 2025. This is in
accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 21.
b) The incumbent contractor has been given the opportunity to
submit a re-rate for the services provided.
c) The estimated spend on the contract will be £84,000.00
over the 2 years.
