The interim Director of Adults and Health
approved Adults and Health and Children’s Services request to
utilise in full the additional extension of up to 12 months in
accordance with Contracts Procedure Rules (CPRs) 21 for the
provision of a Payroll and Managed Bank Account Service, for the
maximum value of £502,417 per annum, commencing the 1st of
September 2023. The extension is permitted within the
contract’s original terms. To note. Further approval will be
sought to enable the Adults and Health Directorate to re-procure
the PA Payroll and Managed Bank Account provision for Adults and
Health and Children’s and Families.
